Morning Flow
Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Waking up the body using the breath.
Flexibility Flow
Moving deeply into the postures. With this flow we will be giving the body time to deepen slowly, connecting the mind with movement to the breath. You will soften the rough edges of the body. Learning to connect the breath to soft and slow movement. All levels
Fire & Ice Flow
Mixture of Hatha and Vinyasa. Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Lots of core straightening, also moving deep into stretching toward the end of class.
Fit Flow
Hybrid of Hiit and yoga. Using the breath to move at a fast pace flow. Working on building strength and awareness in the body. You will sweat, you will relax

Restorative Yin
This class is a gentle healing form of yoga. It is practiced with props designed to help you relax deeply. This is a practice for the student with stress, anxiety, trouble sleeping or limited mobility. A weekly restorative practice is also a perfect compliment to a consistent power yoga practice.
30m-Burn
This class will include a full-body H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) class that will help you burn calories for the rest of the day all from just a 30 minute workout!
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa classes typically include smoothly flowing movements between poses guided by the force of inhales and exhales. Each class is unique, but may include the many variations of Sun Salutations as well as standing postures, inversions, backbends,. All Levels
Daily Crush
This class will consist of stability, endurance, and power training. It will be a full-body workout to get your day started!
Upper body strength
Circuit training targeted to tone and build muscle to the upper body!
